CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING • $25 Non refundable booking fee is required. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • CANNOT Be pregnant or breast feeding. • If you need to reschedule, 48 hour notice is required in order to transfer your deposit to the next appointment. • Last minute reschedule or cancellation will result in losing your deposit. A new deposit would have to be paid in order to book another appointment. • After 3 rescheduled appointments, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. (3 reschedules = cancellation + loss of deposit) • If you are running late please let your Lip Injector know. • Anything past 15 minutes is considered a NO SHOW and your appointment will be canceled. • You have up to 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you don’t and NO-SHOW, a $50 fee will be charged for a broken appointment and wasted time. • All clients are required to fill out a medical history consent form prior to treatment. • If you are feeling any FLU symptoms, please reschedule your appointment within 48 hours. Services will not be provided to anyone feeling sick. PLEASE COME ALONE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
